Robin Reingold, M.D., FACOG
Dr. Robin Reingold is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology practicing at Great Neck Ob/Gyn in New York. She is a fellow of The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She received her medical degree from The Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1996. She went on to complete her residency training, including a chief resident year in Obstetrics and Gynecology at North Shore University Hospital in 2000.
Prior to medical school Dr. Reingold spent time as a research assistant in the Department of Immunology at The Mount Sinai School of Medicine. She continued to do research while in medical school at The Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel. She was awarded the David Kligler Fellowship in Biomedical Ethics and studied at the Hartmann Institute in antepartum complications in spontaneous vs IVF twins which she presented at the New York Obstetrical Society in New York.
After completing her residency at North Shore Hospital, Dr. Reingold spent five years in faculty practice at The Albert Einstein College of Medicine. While serving as an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology there, she maintained a busy office practice and was involved in resident and medical student education.
She returned to North Shore in October 2009 to join Great Neck Ob/Gyn a group specializing in women’s health care. Dr. Reingold is committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to her patients. She is dedicated to educating her patients and partnering with adolescent patients, teenagers, reproductive age and menopausal women. She is particularly interested in preventative health, menstrual disorders, management of abnormal pap smears, contraception, hormonal problems, and menopause.
